My life’s passion has been learning and spreading the word about natural health through my health website.  I’ve explored many avenues of natural health the last 15 years and energy work has been a powerful healing modality in my own life.  It has helped reduce stress, balanced my hormones, helped release past trauma, and raised energy levels (and so much more!).

Seeing how energy work has benefited my own health, I became a Reiki Master Practitioner so I could help others. It is the perfect compliment to anyone’s health regime and I am so excited to be able to help others in their healing journeys!
